At Libas Fashion, we are committed to making your shopping experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible! We ensure quality in every product, and if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, our return and refund policies are designed to be fair and transparent.
Returns & Cancellations
Libas Fashion guarantees a full refund for returned or cancelled orders, provided the products are returned in their original condition — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.
Please ensure the product, product tag, and packaging remain intact when returning.
Return requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving your shipment.
To initiate a return, you can:

Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 14 business days of successful quality verification of the returned product by our QC team.
Refund initiation time may vary based on courier delivery timelines and banking/payment gateway processing time.
Refunds are issued only after the QC team approves the return.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product:
Contact us immediately at care@libasfashion.co.in with your Order ID.
Share a snapshot of the defective item.
We will provide either:
A replacement (subject to stock availability) at no extra cost, OR
A refund/credit to your Libas Wallet or original payment method.
Important Notes on Refund Policy
Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
If the product fails quality check, refund will not be initiated.
Promotional coupons, discounts, or gift vouchers used will not be refunded.
If a self-shipped return is lost in transit, no refund will be provided.
In case pickup service is not available in your area, you may self-ship the product. A maximum of ₹100 shipping cost will be credited to your Libas Wallet.
Special Sale Policies
Clearance Sale
Products bought during the Clearance Sale are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
Please check the size chart carefully before placing an order.
End of Season Sale
Products purchased during the End of Season Sale are NOT eligible for return or refund.
However, size exchange is allowed if requested within 7 days of delivery (subject to availability).
Products for exchange must be returned in their original condition with tags intact.
Mode of Refund
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders → Refund will be credited to your Libas Wallet account.
Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, UPI, Wallets) → Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
For COD orders where payment was collected via UPI at delivery, refund will still be credited to the Libas Wallet account.
