At Libas Fashion, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly and efficiently. This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to the shipment and delivery of our products.

1. Order Processing Time

– All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
– You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
– During high volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

2. Delivery Areas & Charges

– We currently deliver across India.
– For deliveries within Patna, a flat charge of ₹250 applies per order.
– Delivery charges for other cities are calculated based on location and courier partner.
– Any applicable delivery charges will be visible at checkout before payment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

– Metro cities: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
– Non-metro cities or remote areas: 5–10 business days after dispatch.
– Unexpected delays (due to natural calamities, courier delays, or festivals) may affect delivery time.

4. Tracking Your Order

– Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with the tracking number and courier partner details.
– You can use this information to track the status of your delivery.

5. Undelivered or Returned Packages

– If a package is returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to confirm the address and reattempt delivery.
– Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

6. Shipping Partners

We work with reliable third-party courier services to ensure timely and safe delivery of your products. Delivery timelines and serviceability depend on these partners.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we do not offer international shipping. We only deliver within India.
