Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
At libasfashion.co.in, we are committed to making your shopping experience as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we are here to assist you in case you need to exchange, return, or request a refund.

We guarantee a total refund for products that are returned or for orders that are canceled, provided the goods are returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please ensure that the original product, product tags, and packaging are intact when returning the product to us.

How to Request a Return/Exchange
Raise Your Return Request: Kindly raise your return request within 7 days of receiving your shipment. You can either:

Email Us: Send an email to care@libasfashion.co.in with your Order ID and the reason for return.
Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the process.

Return Conditions
Product Condition: The product must be returned in original, unused, and unwashed condition with all original tags and packaging intact.
Timeframe: The return request must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Refund Process: Your refund will be processed within 14 business days after successful verification of the returned product. We initiate refunds only after our QC team has conducted a quality check on the returned item.
Refund Initiation: The time it takes for the refund to reflect in your account may vary due to factors such as courier transit time and bank/payment gateway processing times.

Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately by emailing us at care@libasfashion.co.in. Be sure to include your Order ID and a snapshot of the defective product.
We will offer a replacement of the product (if available in stock) at no additional cost to you.
If you prefer a refund instead of a replacement, we can credit your White Wallet account or refund the amount to your original mode of payment.

Refund Policy Notes
Raise Return Request: Ensure that the return request is raised within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
Quality Check: If the returned product fails the quality check, the refund will not be processed.
Discounts and Vouchers: Any used promotional discount coupons or gift vouchers are non-refundable.
Lost Shipments: If you have self-shipped the product and it is lost in transit, no refund will be issued.
Self-Shipping: If we do not have a pick-up service available in your area, you will need to self-ship the product. In such cases, we will refund a maximum amount of INR 100 to your White Wallet account.

Clearance Sale Policy
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable: Products purchased during our Clearance Sale are NOT eligible for return, refund, or exchange. Please ensure that you check the size chart carefully before placing an order.

End of Season Sale Policy
Non-Returnable: Products purchased during the End of Season Sale are NOT eligible for return or refund.
Exchange Policy: We accept size exchanges only within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the product is in its original condition with tags intact and subject to product availability.
Exchange Limitations: Size exchanges are allowed only if the originally purchased size does not fit. Please make sure to consult the size chart carefully before placing an order.

Mode of Refund
Cash on Delivery (COD): For COD orders, the refund will be credited to your White Wallet account.
Credit/Debit Cards/Net Banking/UPI: If you paid via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI, the refund will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Special Note on COD Payments: If you chose COD and paid via UPI to the delivery courier, the refund will still be credited to your White Wallet account.
